В Приморье подвели итоги форума «Гастрономический туризм в Российской Федерации. Новые возможности». Мероприятие длилось три дня, за это время уличную гастроплощадку посетили около 20 тысяч человек. Свои блюда гостям фестиваля представили более 100 шеф-поваров, специализирующихся на региональной и национальной кухне, информирует «Тихоокеанская Россия».
Как рассказали в туристско-информационном центре Приморского края со ссылкой на мобильного оператора МТС, 18% посетителей приехали на мероприятие из разных городов Приморья. Также среди гостей уличной гастроплощадки были отмечены жители Хабаровского края, Амурской области, Республики Саха (Якутия), Москвы и Санкт-Петербурга.
На центральной площади Владивостока одновременно работали 40 павильонов. Организаторы подсчитали, что за три дня на приготовление блюд у поваров ушло около 24 часов, было продано 23872 порции еды и напитков. Общий вес съеденных посетителями блюд региональной кухни составил 5,7 тонны, а объем приготовленных напитков – 1604 литра, передает пресс-служба правительства Приморского края.
«В гастрономическом шатре прошло больше 20 кулинарных мастер-классов, посетить которые мог любой желающий. Некоторые гости настолько интересовались опытом шеф-поваров, что не покидали гастрошатер почти весь день. Всего в зрительный зал было отдано 1600 дегустационных порций», – уточнили в Туристско-информационном центре.
Рестораторы из Мурманской и Тульской областей, Красноярского и Камчатского краев, республик Удмуртия, Саха (Якутия), Карелия привезли с собой сотни килограммов мясных деликатесов, а приморские шефы показали все обилие морских кулинарных изысков.
«Очень символично место проведения самого большого фестиваля по составу участников – Владивосток, где начинается Россия и где она встречается с Азией. При всех сложностях логистики и несовершенстве инфраструктуры туризма, молодой индустрии гостеприимства, мы привозим не только шеф-поваров со всей России на фестиваль, но и доставляем настоящие региональные продукты. Сегодня невозможно провести настоящий всероссийский гастрономический фестиваль без поддержки государства. Только благодаря снижению финансовой нагрузки на предпринимателей – участников фестиваля, тысячи жителей и гостей дальневосточной столицы смогли попробовать их уникальные блюда и напитки», – рассказала куратор фестиваля, автор-методист и руководитель проекта «Гастрономической карты России» Екатерина Шаповалова.

Новые возможности» и его гастрономическая часть организован Ростуризмом, агентством по туризму Приморского края и АНО «Туристско-информационный центр Приморского края». Столь масштабное по количеству и географии участников гастрономическое мероприятие в Приморье состоялось впервые.
