Сеть стритфуд-ресторанов корейской кухни CHICKO получила разрешение на реконструкцию помещений исторического здания в центре Томска под свое новое заведение; открытие планируется во второй половине лета, сообщается в телеграм-канале основателя сети, информирует «Тихоокеанская Россия».
«С января мы ждали одобрения города на строительство в историческом здании. И вот сегодня мы его, наконец-то, получили! Начинаем стройку! Через 2,5 месяца «Чико» откроется в Томске! В самом центре города! Обещаем сделать самый красивый ресторан в городе», – говорится в сообщении.
Основателем сети стритфуд-ресторанов корейской кухни CHICKO является московский бизнесмен Сергей Лебедев. Первое заведение открылось в столице в 2020 году. В 2023-м планируется открытие сразу 50 «домиков» CHICKO в РФ и странах СНГ, передает РИА «Томск».
Располагаться ресторан будет по адресу проспект Ленина, 99. По данным сервиса «2ГИС», в настоящее время там размещается торговый центр «Каприз». Само здание, построенное в конце XIX века, является памятником архитектуры регионального значения (доходный дом В. Корнилова).
