VIII съезд Всеобщей конфедерации профсоюзов, проходящий в Москве, избрал накануне заместителем генерального секретаря этой организации депутата Госдумы от Приморья единоросса Виктора Пинского, в недавнем прошлом руководителя Федерации профсоюзов Приморского края, информирует «Тихоокеанская Россия», ТоРосс.
ВКП – международное профсоюзное объединение, куда входят федерации профсоюзов стран Содружества Независимых Государств (СНГ) и международные отраслевые объединения профсоюзов. Основная задача Конфедерации – консолидация действий членских организаций по защите социально-трудовых прав и интересов трудящихся в бывших советских республиках – странах СНГ.
VIII Съезд ВКП единогласно избрал Пинского на должность заместителя генерального секретаря, отметив его успешную работу руководителем Федерации профсоюзов Приморского края, а также в Федерации независимых профсоюзов России и в Государственной Думе, где он продолжает отстаивать интересы людей труда.
«Благодарю за оказанную честь, и хочу вас заверить, что служил, служу и буду служить профсоюзам, – сказал Пинский, обращаясь к участникам Съезда. – В качестве депутата Госдумы я, в том числе, решаю проблемы профсоюзов. Практика показала, что вопросы, которые профсоюзам очень тяжело решать на уровне региона, с выходом на федеральный уровень получают новое звучание и значение. Однако, это «война» без окончательных побед. Это процесс, которым надо заниматься постоянно».
Существенных изменений в деле защиты трудовых прав, по мнению Виктора Пинского, удастся добиться, наладив тесную работу с парламентами и правительствами стран, представленных во Всеобщей конфедерации профсоюзов.
«Нужно выходить на новый уровень. Наша цель – завести своих людей во все выборные органы власти. Даже один профсоюзный депутат в городской думе может существенно влиять на принятие решений, которые непосредственно касаются качества жизни простых людей», – заметил Пинский.
По его мнению, это самый короткий путь напомнить владельцам бизнеса, что прибылями надо делиться с теми, кто своими руками их создаёт. И что, в принципе, все преобразования нужны не для того, чтобы бизнесу было легче зарабатывать, а для того, чтобы сделать жизнь трудящихся, граждан наших стран достойной.
Участники VIII Съезда ВКП приняли целый пакет заявлений, резолюций и решений, которые определяют направление деятельности международной профсоюзной организации на ближайшие пять лет.
В частности отмечено, что в условиях жесточайшего финансового и политического кризиса в мире экономики стран переживают небывалые потрясения. Правительства, подстраивая законодательство и внедряя антикризисные меры, всё чаще поддаются соблазну решить проблемы за счёт простых рабочих. Эксперты ВКП уже столкнулись со снижением уровня правовой и социальной защищённости людей труда, падением их реальных доходов, ростом безработицы и благосостояния. Отмечены случаи игнорирования основополагающих конвенций Международной организации труда или отказа от их ратификации.
Кроме того, сама экономика меняется с небывалой скоростью, благодаря фундаментальным прорывам в науке. Громко заявляет о себе четвёртая промышленная революция. По масштабу, объёму и сложности это явление не имеет аналогов во всём предыдущем опыте человечества. Её отличают темпы развития, широта и глубина, системное воздействие. Внедрение инноваций стремительно меняет и рынок труда.
Участники Съезда считают, что в складывающихся условиях членские организации ВКП просто обязаны найти новые подходы в защите прав трудящихся, а также не ослаблять усилий в этом направлении, просчитывая, в том числе, долгосрочные перспективы.
