«AliExpress Россия» (совместное предприятие Alibaba Group, Mail.ru Group, «Мегафона» и РФПИ) раскрыло финансовые результаты главной распродажи года, информирует «Тихоокеанская Россия».
Продажи товаров на платформе AliExpress Россия в период распродажи составили 19,3 млрд рублей. Оборот российских продавцов превысил 3,3 млрд рублей — по сравнению с прошлым годом этот показатель вырос в 1,3 раза. Ассортимент товаров российских производителей и магазинов увеличился в 5 раз по сравнению с распродажей прошлого года, достигнув 4 млн единиц. Лучшие результаты продаж показал магазин из России: его оборот за время распродажи превысил 660 млн рублей. Более половины оборота пришлось на AliExpress Plus —сервис с ускоренной и бесплатной доставкой до двери.
«В этом году продажи локальных производителей и продавцов выросли — особенно приятно, что большая часть продаж пришлась на малый и средний бизнес, оборот которого вырос в 12 раз по сравнению с прошлым годом. 2020 год стал проверкой на прочность для любого бизнеса, и мы рады, что вместе со своими партнерами и селлерами с ней справились. Особенно приятно то, что в этом году так много коллег поддержали нашу главную распродажу 11.11, она действительно становится в России народной», — сказал Дмитрий Сергеев, генеральный директор AliExpress Россия.
Всего на распродаже было представлено более 4 млн российских товаров: 840 тыс. товаров для автомобиля, 530 тыс. товаров для дома и сада, 520 тыс. товаров категории «мода», 300 тыс. игрушек и товаров для хобби, 200 тыс. товаров для спорта, 185 тыс. продуктов питания. Активней всего число российских продавцов и товаров росло в категориях «еда» (в 2020 году AliExpress Россия запустила сервис «Есть!» с быстрой доставкой продуктов питания), «нижнее белье», «аксессуары», «товары для автомобиля», «электроника» и «товары для детей», «мужская и женская одежда», «свадебные платья».
Самыми популярными категориями во время распродажи были электроника, бытовая техника, товары для дома, красоты и здоровья, одежда и аксессуары (с учетом локальных и трансграничных заказов). Среди товаров российских продавцов наибольшим спросом пользовалась электроника, товары для дома, детские и спортивные товары.
Самым популярным товаром стал смартфон Xiaomi POCO X3. В топ-5 также вошли Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, Apple iPhone 11 64GB, ноутбук Huawei Matebook D 15, Apple iPhone XR 64 GB.
Чаще всего покупки на распродаже совершали жители Москвы, Санкт-Петербурга, Екатеринбурга, Краснодара, Новосибирска, Нижнего Новгорода, Казани, Ростова-на-Дону, Самары и Уфы.
Важным новым показателем стал social e-commerce: в приложении VK зарегистрировано более 120 тысяч новых покупателей. Еще одно новшество — live-трансляция, в ходе которой также шли продажи. 11 ноября в приложении AliExpress Россия стартовал 24-часовой стрим, каждый час проходил новый тематический эфир со звездами и экспертами. Например, тему fashion вела Ксения Дукалис, тему электроники и гаджетов — блогер Wylsacom, а главную тему вечера — Максим Галкин. За первый час эфир посмотрели 500 тысяч покупателей. Всего стрим в приложении AliExpress Россия посмотрело более 1,5 млн человек.
По данным сотового оператора Yota, рост трафика в приложении AliExpress Россия 11 ноября составил 108% по сравнению с предыдущим днем.
Главная распродажа года 11.11 проводится в России в шестой раз, и в четвертый раз в ней участвует и AliExpress Россия, и маркетплейс Tmall. На площадке зарегистрированы более 22 тысяч российских продавцов — от крупнейших производителей до среднего и малого российского бизнеса. Среди брендов, которые впервые участвовали в распродаже 11.11 на маркетплейсе — «Аквафор», «Связной», «Сима-Ленд», «Ситилинк», «Твое», «Технопарк», «Улыбка радуги», Asus, Bosch, Candy, Decathlon, Dell, Finn Flare, Honor, Huawei, Intel, kari, LEGO, Mayer&Boch, Microsoft, Patrol, Puma, Quiksilver, Sony, TomTailor, Xiaomi, Zarina, Zenden и др.
