«Час инвестора» – так назвали в Приморском крае встречи представителей власти с инициаторами инвестиционных проектов. Как пояснили в краевом министерстве экономического развития, они проходят под руководством заместителя председателя правительства Приморья Николая Стецко, курирующего вопросы экономического развития региона, а также промышленности и торговли, информирует «Тихоокеанская Россия», ТоРосс.
На каждой из таких встреч собравшиеся обсуждают разнообразные вопросы, возникающие в процессе подготовки и реализации инвестиционных проектов. Как отмечают в минэконразвития края, «Час инвестора» даёт возможность представителям деловых кругов напрямую сказать, а властям услышать об имеющихся трудностях и сразу решить их на месте.
Как отмечает министр экономического развития Приморского края Андрей Блохин, основной круг вопросов, с которыми обращаются инвесторы, – это предоставление налоговых льгот, земельные и имущественные проблемы, вопросы разрешительного характера и межведомственного взаимодействия.
«Список участников совещания формируется исходя из текущих вопросов и потребностей, с которыми сталкивается инвестор при реализации проекта», – пояснил руководитель краевого министерства экономического развития.
Такая совместная и отлаженная работа позволяет оперативно решать задачи и способствует стремительному развитию инвестиционных проектов, отмечает Андрей Блохин.
