Уже 12 мая в краевом центре Приморья стартует очередной, уже пятый по счёту фестиваль мидий. Попробовать их на вкус горожанам предложат около 30 заведений города, информирует «Тихоокеанская Россия», ТоРосс.
Владивостока – участники ресторанного фестиваля мидий в этом году. Попробовать блюда из дальневосточного моллюска в авторской интерпретации шеф-поваров можно будет с 12 по 22 мая.
Организатором фестиваля мидий выступает проект развития дальневосточной кухни Pacific Russia Food.
В дни вкусного фестиваля рестораны Владивостока готовы предлагать своим гостям тихоокеанские мидии в соусе по единой цене: 300 граммов – 390 рублей, 500 граммов – 590 рублей, 1 килограмм – 1 090 рублей.
«В этом году шефы сделают акцент на новых авангардных соусах, но и про классические не забудут», – уверяют организаторы праздника поедания.
Во Владивостоке распробовать мидий предложат:
Китайское бистро «Золотой дракон», ресторан Cascade (Tigre de Cristal), итальянский ресторан PastaMore, грузинский ресторан Tbilissimo, бельгийский паб Brugge Pub, английский паб Billy’s Pub, ресторан Syndicate-Port Cafe, ресторан Gastroli Grill, бургерная «Крафт&бургер» кафе гавайской кухни Ku’ula, панорамное кафе Hunter, гастробар GUSTO, кафе Moloko&Mёd, бар «Другое место», рестобар «Невинные радости», итальянский ресторан IL Патио, итальянский ресторан Crust Napoli Pizza&Wine, лобби-бар «Рандеву» (отель Lotte), винный бар Cantina Gastro Wine, ресторан грузинской кухни «Пхали-Хинкали», паб Cat&Clover, лаунж-бар SHERWOOD, кафе Dumpling Republic, кафе STUDIO, гастробар «Южане», бар «Жуклевичъ», суши-бар AHEGAO SUSHI, фудхолл Foodliner и даже эклерная «Вспышка».
В этом году фестиваль мидий продлится десять дней и завершится городским праздником «МидияСаммит» 21-22 мая на террасе фудхолла Foodliner, работающего на площадке кинотеатра «Океан IMAX» под живую музыку и танцы.
