Annual International Scientific Conference TEAM (Technical Exchange and Advisory Meeting on Marine Structures) this year will be held in the Maritime State University named after GI Nevelsk in Vladivostok from 12 to 15 October, with the support of the Russian Foundation for Basic Research (RFBR), informs «Pacific Russia».

Being the most famous international forum of shipbuilders in Asia Pacific, TEAM attracts leading scientists from the region to discuss topical issues and exchange of research results in the fields of shipbuilding and maritime transport.

This time the theme of the meeting significant attention to Arctic research. Among the announced speakers — experts from Russia, Japan, China, Ukraine, Spain, Taiwan, the Republic of Korea, Brazil and other countries.

Traditionally, the conference was attended by representatives of universities APR of shipbuilding and ship repair industry, leading research institutes and design bureaus.

Regular guests and participants of the conference are the heads of ministries and regional authorities.

Heshenie that the 29th International Scientific Conference of the Asia-Pacific Shipbuilding and marine structures (TEAM 2015) will be held at the Maritime University, was made a year ago in Istanbul, at the previous meeting of experts. Maritime University in 1997 with a regular participant in a scientific forum, and in 2010 was its organizer.
