Правительство Республики Саха (Якутия) утвердило законопроект о налоговых льготах для инвестпроектов, реализуемых на территории республики сроком на 10 лет. Законопроектом установлены пороги капитальных вложений и сроки их осуществления в соответствии — не менее 50 млн рублей в течение первых трех лет и менее 500 млн рублей — до пяти лет. Инвесторы будут работать по пониженной налоговой ставке на прибыль. В течение первых пяти лет налог на прибыль будет нулевой, в течение последующих 5-10 лет он составит 10% вместо нынешних 20%, информирует «Тихоокеанская Россия».
Кроме этого, введены пониженные коэффициенты на НДПИ для региональных проектов по добыче золота, угля и руды других полезных ископаемых, за исключением нефти, газа и газового конденсата. При установлении льготной ставки налога на прибыль устанавливается коэффициент на НДПИ в течение первых двух лет — 0%, 0,2% — до четырех лет, 0,4% — до шести лет, 0,6% — восемь лет, и 0,8% — 10 лет.
Льготы не касаются добычи нефти, газа и газового конденсата и их транспортировки — для этих ресурсов предусмотрены другие решения на федеральном уровне.
«Компании, реализующие инвестпроект, должны иметь обязательную регистрацию на территории Якутии, а проекты должны быть включены в программу социально-экономического развития муниципального района, на территории которого они будут осуществляться», — пояснил министр экономики Якутии Валерий Максимов.
По его словам, законопроект позволит стимулировать инвестиционную деятельность на территории Якутии, в первую очередь, разработку Инаглинского угольного месторождения и Томторского – редкоземельных металлов.
Но при этом, как уточнил министр экономики, если проекты вошли в список территорий опережающего социально-экономического развития (ТОСЭР), то они уже не могут быть включены реестр инвестпроектов, пользующихся налоговыми льготами на территории Якутии, сообщает «Прайм».
