Новые возможности для пенсионеров (граждан Российской Федерации и государств Евразийского экономического союза — Белоруссии, Армении, Казахстана и Киргизии) открыл с 26 января 2023 года Государственный Эрмитаж в рамках своих социальных программ: теперь каждый четверг посещение Главного музейного комплекса для них бесплатно, информирует «Тихоокеанская Россия», ТоРосс.
В другие дни недели для пенсионеров действует льготная цена на входные билеты в Главный музейный комплекс – 300 рублей, а также сохранятся возможность бесплатного посещения Главного штаба и Музея Императорского фарфорового завода без экскурсионного обслуживания.
В связи с пандемией COVID-19 Государственный Эрмитаж был вынужден временно сократить список категорий посетителей, которым предоставлял право льготного или бесплатного посещения. Несмотря на сложную экономическую ситуацию, Эрмитаж постоянно ищет возможности, чтобы вернуться к своей прежней ценовой политике и сделать музей доступным для разных социальных групп, в первую очередь для детей, инвалидов, студентов и пенсионеров.
Принимая во внимание многочисленные просьбы пенсионеров по возвращению льгот, Эрмитаж нашёл наиболее оптимальный вариант приёма этой важной для музея группы населения. При этом отмечается, что финансирование льгот на посещение музея осуществляется не из государственного бюджета, а за счёт собственных доходов Эрмитажа.
Музей обращает внимание на то, что при посещении Эрмитажа на льготных условиях пенсионерам необходимо иметь при себе документ, подтверждающий личность и принадлежность к льготной категории – кассир и контролёр входной зоны могут запросить у документ, подтверждающий статус пенсионера.
