
Documentary about an unprecedented flood in the Khabarovsk Territory appeared on the Internet. The 45-minute film tells the story of how big the water came to Khabarovsk. Commissioned by the Committee on Press and Mass Communications of the Government of Khabarovsk Krai by «HLB Dee Production» was filmed 45-minute documentary «Kilometer water» about the unprecedented floods in 2013 in the Far East. Events there are collected in chronological order, inform «Pacific Russia».
Work on the film was completed in late February 2014. Author — Irina Fastovets, director — Denis Vishnevsky, producer — Konstantin Fedorov. The film features footage of the press service of the Governor and Government of Khabarovsk Krai, Yuri Zolotarev, Vladimir Pozhidaev, the press service of the MES for the Khabarovsk Territory, ITA «Province» and STRC «Far East.»
The film itself is conventionally divided into two parts. The first tells the story of how much water came in Khabarovsk in the movie very much on the flooding on the Big Ussuri island. In fact, that is near the Russian-Chinese border (officially it is called the island part of the settlement Bychiha). No information on the construction of a bridge across the Amur channel Big Ussuri Island, whose construction is not stopped and the flooding.
The second part of the film is devoted to the flooding that followed it Khabarovsk to Komsomolsk-on-Amur, on the protection of mylkinskoy dam, flooding parts of the city, etc.
