Эксперты Главгосэкспертизы России проводят экспертизу проектно-сметной документации на подготовку территории строительства мостового перехода через реку Лена в районе Якутска, сообщил начальник ведомства Игорь Манылов, отвечая на вопросы журналистов.
Проектируемый мостовой переход объединит федеральную автомобильную дорогу «Вилюй» с автодорогами «Лена» и «Колыма», а также кратчайшим путем свяжет Восточную Сибирь с портами Охотского моря через транспортный коридор от Иркутскa до Магадана, образуя Северный широтный экономический пояс России. Таким образом Россия получит выход к Охотскому морю и берегам своих восточных морей не только через южные границы, Транссибирскую и Байкало-Амурскую магистрали в районе Владивостока и Хабаровска, но и гораздо севернее, передает Главгосэкспертиза.
Между тем, планировать соединение двух берегов реки Лены возле столицы Якутии начали еще в начале 1980-х годов, когда активно строилась Байкало-Амурская магистраль, но возродить этот проект стало возможным только сейчас. Важность его по-прежнему остается неоспоримой – наиболее эффективным способом добраться до Якутска с «большой земли» сегодня можно на самолете, тогда как транспортное сообщение между правым берегом Лены и левым, на котором и находится город, остается нерегулярным. Зимой машины едут по льду, а летом переправляются на пароме.
«В настоящее время Главгосэкспертиза России рассматривает технико-экономические решения по подготовке территории строительства Ленского моста. Планируется переустройство и вынос попадающих в зону работ объектов электроснабжения, газопровода и сетей связи. Также для организации строительного процесса необходимо создание технологических островков и площадок, временных причалов и дорог для перевозки и хранения техники, строительных материалов. Все это требует рассмотрения отдельных проектных решений совместно с экспертами», — рассказал начальник Главгосэкспертизы России Игорь Манылов.
Также проект подготовительного этапа включает работы по инженерной защите территории, устройству на левом и правом берегах Лены временных наплавных мостов или ледовых переправ – в зимнее время.
Проект первого этапа строительства Ленского моста разработали в АО «Институт Гипростроймост — Санкт-Петербург». Застройщик – ООО «Восьмая концессионная компания».
