Предприятие по производству молоди трепанга открыто в Хасанском районе Приморского края. Завод размещен в бухте Северная, планируется выращивать 4-6 миллиона штук молоди трепанга. Предприятие состоит из шести цехов — нерестового, производственного, водоподготовки, выращивания маточных культур, культивирования молодых водорослей, а также лабораторий, технических и складских помещений. Общая площадь завода — 518 квадратных метров, информирует «Тихоокеанская Россия».
- Мы хотим восстановить объемы одного из самых ценных видов гидробионтов в прибрежных водах Хасанского района, — сказал «Российской газете» его директор Станислав Лузгин.
Предприятие будет использовать технологию выращивания выращивания трепанга, отработанную специалистами научно-исследовательского института рыбного хозяйства «ТИНРО-центр».
- На протяжении десяти лет наши ученые занимаются вопросами культивирования трепанга: в частности, когда после нереста можно взять молодь, в каком количестве посадить в одну кадку, какими микроорганизмами чистить воду и так далее, — рассказал пресс-секретарь «ТИНРО-центра» Константин Осипов. — С разработанной технологией хорошо знакомы наши партнеры — специалисты Дальневосточного института рыбной промышленности и хозяйства.
Научно-экспериментальная база вуза расположена рядом с новым предприятием. По мнению специалистов, соседство с главным рыбопромышленным учебным заведением России позволяет рассчитывать на то, что кроме основной своей деятельности по производству дальневосточного трепанга, завод станет площадкой для прохождения уникальной учебной практики студентов.
