Транспортная группа FESCO в рамках развития внутрироссийских перевозок запустила регулярный контейнерный сервис FESCO Kuban Shuttle по маршруту Владивосток – Тимашёвск (Краснодарский край), информирует «Тихоокеанская Россия».
Поезда будут отправляться раз в две недели из Владивостокского морского торгового порта (ВМТП, входит в FESCO) и прибывать на станцию Тимашёвская, Северо-Кавказской железной дороги. В перспективе планируется увеличение частоты отправок до одного раза в неделю. Время в пути следования составляет 12–13 дней. Основу грузопотока сервиса будут формировать продукты питания, товары народного потребления и строительные грузы.
FESCO Kuban Shuttle в первую очередь ориентирован на доставку грузов из стран Азии для предприятий Краснодарского края, Ростовской области и других регионов Северо-Кавказского и Южного федеральных округов. В настоящее время FESCO также нарабатывает грузовую базу для обратной загрузки сервиса.
Первый поезд, груженый 98 контейнерами с товарами народного потребления, прибыл на терминал станции Тимашёвская 15 октября. Контейнеры были выгружены на площадку всего за 18,5 часа, что позволило доставить часть груза конечным потребителям меньше чем за сутки с момента прибытия поезда, передает пресс-служба FESCO.
