Рыбоперерабатывающий завод «Квэн», который выпускает самые известные в регионе крабовые палочки, перешел с японского на российское сырье при их производстве. Об этом журналистам рассказал генеральный директор завода Евгений Моргунков, информирует «Тихоокеанская Россия».
«Основной вид продукции нашего рыбоперерабатывающего завода — крабовая палочка. У нас есть цех рыбных полуфабрикатов: котлеты, биточки делаем из различной рыбы и кальмара, и колбасный цех, где мы делаем рыбную колбасу. Но основной наш продукт — это все-таки крабовые палочки. И основное сырье для него — сурими, это придуманная японцами паста для имитации морепродуктов», — рассказал Моргунков.
По его словам, до 2014 года сурими завод закупал в США, а после введения санкций и российских контрсанкций перешел на японское сырье. Теперь же сурими начали производить и на Дальнем Востоке, в частности на Курильских островах. Приморский рыбодобытчик «Русская рыбопромышленная компания» построила судно, которое производит это сырье прямо в море, передает ТАСС.
«Мы взяли опытные образцы, наши технологи подтвердили хорошее качество, и мы стали делать крабовые палочки из нового сырья. Оказалось, что сурими, произведенное нашими специалистами, ничем не хуже японского. Сейчас мы на постоянной основе покупаем это сырье. 95% продукции мы поставляем в дальневосточный регион, из них большую часть — на приморский рынок», — добавил директор предприятия.
АО «Квэн» запустило свое первое производство еще в 1991 году и с тех пор положительно зарекомендовало себя на рынке Приморского края, став в регионе самым известным брендом крабовых палочек.
