На перевозку грузов по Северному морскому пути установят льготные тарифы, которые будут субсидироваться из федерального бюджета. Постановление об этом подписал председатель правительства РФ Михаил Мишустин. Речь идёт о внутренних перевозках между портами Санкт-Петербург и Мурманск и регионами Дальнего Востока. Каждый год на субсидирование таких перевозок из федерального бюджета будет выделяться по 560 млн рублей. Деньги будут направляться компаниям-перевозчикам на компенсацию недополученных из-за льготных тарифов доходов, а также расходов, связанных с заходами судна в порты, информирует «Тихоокеанская Россия».
– Для Чукотки это особенно актуально: у нас, по сути, нет альтернативы, а лето самое короткое. Кроме того, планируются рейсы с западного направления в ДФО. Прорабатываем вариант с разгрузкой в Певеке и Провидения. Механизм новый, поэтому важно научиться эффективно работать в новых условиях. А с реализацией инвестпроектов и появлением новых ледоколов «Росатома» можно готовиться к устойчивому сообщению и круглогодичной навигации, – сообщил Роман Копин.
В этом году особое внимание уделяется подготовке к навигации, чтобы не допустить ситуации, возникшей в 2021 году. Прорабатывается вопрос с разгрузкой груза в порт Провидения с последующей доставкой в портопункты округа. Уже сейчас департаментом промышленной политики ведёт сбор и обобщение единой таблицы по учёту грузов, которые подлежат отправке в 2022 году, передает пресс-служба правительства Чукотки.
– Анализ навигации прошлого года показал, что основная масса грузов скопилась на август, сентябрь и даже октябрь, поэтому сейчас необходимо исключить ситуацию с неполной загрузкой первых судов, а также обеспечить необходимое их количество. Планируется, что первый теплоход придёт в порт Анадыря в 20-х числах июня, а в порт Певек – в начале июля, – прокомментировал начальник Департамента промышленной политики Чукотского автономного округа Виктор Бочкарев.
В рамках «северного завоза» на территорию округа в 2022 году будут завезены социально значимые товары, продукты питания, нефтепродукты и топливно-энергетические ресурсы, лекарственные препараты и оборудование для реализации национальных проектов и региональных программ.
