The first Vice-Governor of the Primorsky Territory Sergey Sidorov and the Vice-Governor Vasiliy Usolcev held working meeting with the President of JSCB Bank of China (ELUOSI) Zhao Lianjie,information «Тихоокеанская Россия».
The parties discussed the realization of «Solnechnaya Dolina» construction project. «Solnechnaya Dolina» housing estate expected for housing development has a land area of 400 hectares. It will be located at the territory of the Muravyov-Amursky Peninsula in the north part of Vladivostok, on the east of main housing estate of Trudovoe settlement.
To Sergey Sidorov opinion, the project is included into priority list.
. Here four schools, nine child daycare centers, a School of Art, a policlinic, a hospital, an emergency station, a fire station and a police station are planned to be constructed, in addition to residential buildings.
«This project is very important for us because we can provide housing facilities for 10 thousand families due to it. And Bank of China is a perspective partner, one of the best financial institutes in Asia. If we have such partners all other projects will be easier» – Sergey Sidorov, the first Vice-Governor of the Primorsky Territory underlined.
Vasiliy Usolcev, the Vice-Governor noted that low-cost housing construction will help to decrease price for square meter. The law for Free Land Providing in the Primorsky Territory is aimed to decrease housing cost in the region.
«Free land plots allocation will make able to decrease a cost on housing for minimum 30 per cent, and due to using of new technologies in construction we can provide price of 40 thousand rubles for one square meter. This is a sum we are aimed to» – the Governor Vladimir Miklushevskiy think.
Vasiliy Usolcev also underlined that since January 1, 2014 families from Primorye which have 2 children and young families (when age of both partners is below 35) could get a land plot for housing construction for free.
We remind that the Governor of the Territory Vladimir Miklushevskiy set a task to decrease price for housing accommodation in Primorye.
«People should to have possibilities to buy relatively cheap accommodation. Our task is to decrease prices at real estate market to the maximum» – the Head of the region noted.
