Депутаты фракции ЛДПР внесли на рассмотрение Государственной Думы проект изменений в Налоговый кодекс, касающийся совершенствования системы господдержки малого и среднего бизнеса на Дальнем Востоке. Авторы законопроекта — лидер ЛДПР Владимир Жириновский и депутаты Алексей Диденко, Иван Абрамов, Руслан Калюжный, Виталий Золочевский и Егор Анисимов, сообщает сайт партии, информирует «Тихоокеанская Россия».
Они предлагают установить для Дальнего Востока льготы по двум федеральным налогам — на добавленную стоимость и на прибыль организаций. «Выбор данных налогов обусловлен тем, что они являются вторым и третьим источниками средств федерального бюджета», — сообщают авторы законопроекта.
Предложенная мера, по словам парламентариев, позволит создать эффективную систему государственной поддержки. «Это будет способствовать росту инновационной активности малого и среднего бизнеса, увеличению экспорта, повышению доли Дальневосточного региона на внутреннем и внешнем рынках наукоемкой продукции, а также улучшению инвестиционного климата и привлечению активов из других регионов, созданию новых рабочих мест и снижению социальной напряженности на Дальнем Востоке», — резюмируют депутаты фракции ЛДПР, которых цитирует Regions.ru.
