Пропуск большегрузов из Китая в направлении Маньчжурия (КНР) — Забайкальск (РФ) приостанавливается со вторника из-за образовавшихся заторов техники, сообщает Федеральная таможенная служба РФ, информирует «Тихоокеанская Россия».
«С 14 марта китайская сторона приостанавливает выпуск самоходной колесной техники из Маньчжурии (КНР). Это необходимо для устранения длительных простоев большегрузов. На грузовом направлении МАПП Маньчжурия будут выпускаться только уже заехавшие на территорию пункта пропуска российские грузовики», — говорится в сообщении.
Оформление самоходной колесной техники (самосвалов, автобусов, погрузчиков, тракторов, машин для строительства дорог, кранов и других транспортных средств) будет возобновлено после устранения образовавшихся заторов.
Отмечается, что грузопоток увеличился почти в шесть раз. С начала 2023 года российские таможенники оформили почти 10 тыс. единиц новой техники из Китая (в аналогичном периоде 2022 года — 1,6 тыс.).
В свою очередь китайская сторона обратила внимание на «застарелость» проблемы, передает «Интерфакс».
Член национального комитета народной политической консультативной конференции Китая Лин Юнь сообщила китайским СМИ, что инфраструктурные проблемы на российском погранпереходе Забайкальск тормозят рост товарооборота между Китаем и Россией.
Так, в Забайкальске оборудована только одна дорога, а со стороны Китая — одна для пассажирского направления, другая — для грузового. В результате возникает эффект «узкого горлышка», цитирует чиновницу портал Biang.
Лин Юнь напомнила, что в марте 2009 года управление пунктами пропуска КНР провело исследование, в результате которого с Федеральной таможенной службой РФ был подписан протокол по расширению пункта пропуска Забайкальск и реконструкции грузового направления.
Она подчеркнула, что необходимо оперативно определиться с местом, где будет проходить соединительная дорога между пунктами пропуска, а также начать необходимые строительные работы. Китайская сторона готова оказать помощь, чтобы «уже в 2023 году пассажирские и грузовые потоки на МАПП Забайкальск были разделены».
Забайкальск — Маньчжурия — наиболее крупный автомобильный пункт пропуска на российско-китайской границе. С 16 января власти приграничного китайского города отменили запрет на въезд груженных автомобилей из России, введенный во время эпидемии. Ранее российские экспортные грузы из Забайкальска из-за пандемии могли доставляться в Китай только железнодорожным транспортом.
