«Экологическая» выставка памятных монет открылась на острове Русский

Фотовыставка памятных монет Банка России «Драгоценный мир живой природы» открылась в научно-образовательном комплексе «Приморский океанариум» на о. Русский, информирует «Тихоокеанская Россия».

В экспозицию вошли изображения монет с образами редких и исчезающих животных. Об этом передает пресс-служба Дальневосточного ГУ Банка России.

Гости выставки смогут не только узнать интересные факты о повадках и среде обитания редких животных, но и по достоинству оценить мастерство художников, «ожививших» их изображения на монетах. Банк России выпускает такие монеты с 1993 года в сериях «Сохраним наш мир» и «Красная книга», призывая к сохранению уникальных видов.

«Эта выставка напоминает о том, что природное многообразие кажется огромным, но остро нуждается в защите человека. Жителям Приморья будет особенно интересно увидеть фотографии монет, которые посвящены редким представителям дальневосточной фауны ― амурскому тигру, дальневосточной черепахе, командорскому голубому песцу», ― отметила начальник управления по связям с общественностью Дальневосточного ГУ Банка России Татьяна Ленская.

Фотопостеры размещены в выставочном пространстве Приморского океанариума на 1-м этаже у входа в дельфинарий, а также на его уличной территории у главного входа. Выставка в здании будет работать до 25 апреля, на улице ― до 30 июня.
